Warning
Beach items must be removed by its owner or permitted user from
the beach between the hours of
9:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M..
Any person
who shall violate this article shall be subject to a civil
penalty in an amount of
$500.00 for each offense.

Creek Access Boating
Restrictions

Canoes, kayaks, and small
Jon boats are the only vessels that may be stored in the
village facility.

No overnight storage of
boat trailers is permitted.

Use of the creek access
shall be limited to boats under 16 feet in length with
motors smaller than 25 horsepower.

No person shall allow a boat or other vessel owned by,
registered in his name or under his control to be moored at
the creek access overnight.

Littering, Use of
crabpots, Cooking,
Cleaning of fish or shellfish,
Consumption of alcoholic beverages,
Blocking of creek access boat ramp or parking areas,
and Launching of jet skis are
prohibited on or at the creek access.
Any person
who shall violate this article shall be subject to a civil
penalty in an amount of
$50.00 for the first offense then $100.00 for each subsequent offense.
