SCENARIO:
Three (3) construction workers fall from scaffolding onto a
lower roof line. The patients are triaged and immobilized,
and then lowered to the awaiting ambulances.

Victims are triaged and treatment and packaging begins.

A victim is lowered from teh building to the awaiting medical personnel.

A vistim is lowered to the ground.
|
|
|
|

|
|
FF Bob Overstreet, Chief Munna, and FF Mike Dolan package a victim for descent.
