Disaster Drill. May 2003
SCENARIO:
Passenger aircraft crashes into the ocean, just off the shore of
Ocean Isle Beach. Multi-agency response. Objectives
included victim recovery, surf recovery of victims, and decon to
remove jet fuel and hydraulic fluids from victims. This
training was conducted by Captain Preston Colby with Florida
Public safety.
